DISPATCH TIME
All order are normally shipped within 3 working days.
Pneuma Springs will post your orders, to your shipping contact address provided during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery in business days (Mon-Fri). Delivery to you will be made as soon as possible after your order but within 30 days of dispatch of the order. All delivery times quoted herein are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.


SHIPPING COST, TIME AND DESTINATIONS
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Exact delivery charges are determined at the time of checkout based on your shipping address, the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the basket. During the checkout process, you’ll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. The list of delivery options and the estimated delivery date can vary depending on a variety of factors including product weight, product size and delivery address.

PO Box addresses: in some instances, we may not be able to deliver parcels to PO Box address – we will let you know if there is an issue.


INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: STANDARD NON-TRACKABLE OPTION
If you select this method we are not responsible for lost and/or damaged shipments.
The ship method is non-trackable and non-insurable. This means the package cannot be tracked during any point of transit, including whether the carrier received the package. In certain instances, the carrier may be able to provide a reference number that is only associated with the package and it may or may not be used for tracking purposes.


RETURNS
Items should be returned preferably in their original packaging or otherwise adequately packaged. Include the reason for the return, your order number and your email address or telephone number. We will not refund your shipping costs in returning an item to Pneuma Springs. We may withhold refund until the item(s) are returned (or evidence of return is provided by you). This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. If you are sending something back that’s faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will refund the return postage costs to your payment method.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT QUANTITY DELIVERED
a) If the goods Pneuma Springs delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you must notify Pneuma Springs in writing at Pneuma Springs contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
b) If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, you must notify Pneuma Springs in writing at Pneuma Springs contact address of the problem within 40 days of the order completion or goods dispatched date as notified by Pneuma Springs.
