INTERPRETATION
In these terms and conditions:-
‘Pneuma Springs’ means Pneuma Springs Limited, 7 Groveherst Road, Dartford, Kent DA1 5JD any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
‘working day’ means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;
‘we’ means Pneuma Springs;
‘us’ means Pneuma Springs and you together; and
‘you’ and ‘your’ means the person ordering goods under these terms and conditions.
THE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT) BETWEEN YOU AND PNEUMA SPRINGS
After you place your order, we email you a summary of your order. Once we’re about to send out your order, we debit your payment card with the total cost of the items we’re sending you. If you paid with a Gift Card, we will charge the card when you place the order. Coupons are applied from the cart and checkout pages.
The contract between us is only created once we send you the products you ordered, and not before. It means we have accepted your offer and fully communicated this to you. Though we check our system frequently to try and avoid errors, things can occasionally go wrong with the ordering process. If we make a mistake, we will do our best to put things right as quickly as we can, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We do however reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time prior to dispatch, for example (but not limited to) where there is an obvious material mistake in the price or product information. All orders are made subject to these terms and conditions.
YOUR DETAILS
1) When you register with Pneuma Springs, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions made using these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
2) If any of your details change, such as your billing address, you must inform Pneuma Springs as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on Pneuma Springs website.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We update our product availability information regularly but occasionally a product may run out between updates. We do our best to dispatch your products within 3 working days from when you place your order. If this is not possible, your order will be sent out as soon as the goods become available. If we can’t supply your order within 10 working days, we will cancel the order – except for products that have not been published or released yet. The dispatch and delivery times shown are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be over 18 to use Pneumasprings.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. When you place an order, this means you are aware of any age restrictions on the products and agree that you are old enough to buy them.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
PO Box addresses: in some instances, we may not be able to deliver parcels to PO Box address – we will let you know if there is an issue.
PRICES AND VAT
Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are extra and are shown during checkout. We make every effort to ensure the prices on our website are correct but we can sometimes make a mistake. If we notice a material price mistake before we dispatch something you have ordered, we will ask if you want to pay the correct price or cancel your order. If we do not hear from you, we will cancel your order. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
All promotions are subject to availability. We will always charge you the price we gave you when you placed your order, even if a promotion is subsequently withdrawn. Book discounts are taken off the recommended retail price or cover price (RRP). The products that qualify for the multi-buy discount will be shown in your basket. The extra discount will be applied automatically to your total basket price. You cannot cancel a single item that you bought as part of a multi-buy promotion – you need to cancel all of the promoted products.
PAYMENT DETAILS
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. We accept all major cards dependent on your payment option. Your card will only be charged when the items in your order are ready to be dispatched. If your order is spilt into multiple deliveries, we add the delivery charge to the first item(s) we send you. You are only charged for each additional item in your order when it is sent. When you pay with PayPal, we charge the card when you have placed the order. If we are unable to fulfil the order, we will refund your PayPal account subject to PayPal refund policy.
CANCELLING ORDERS
You can cancel your order within 10 working days of receiving it by notifying our Customer Service at: sales@pneumasprings.co.uk. Once you’ve cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to Pneuma Springs within 10 working days. Once we get it, you’ll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 10 working days, subject to any 3rd party payment refund policy e.g. PayPal. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Pneuma Springs, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
RETURNS
Items should be returned preferably in their original packaging or otherwise adequately packaged. Include the reason for the return, your order number and your email address or telephone number. We will not refund your shipping costs in returning an item to Pneuma Springs. We may withhold refund until the item(s) are returned (or evidence of return is provided by you). This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. If you are sending something back that’s faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will refund the return postage costs to your payment method.
LIABILITY
a) If the goods Pneuma Springs delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you must notify Pneuma Springs in writing at Pneuma Springs contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
b) If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, you must notify Pneuma Springs in writing at Pneuma Springs contact address of the problem within 40 days of the order completion or goods dispatched date as notified by Pneuma Springs.
c) If you notify Pneuma Springs about a problem under this condition, Pneuma Springs only obligation will be, at its discretion, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original payment method, unless such method is no longer valid in which case Pneuma Springs e-coupons may be issued to the value of the refund due.
d) Pneuma Springs will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Pneuma Springs under this condition and Pneuma Springs shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
e) Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Pneuma Springs liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
FORCE MAJEURE
Pneuma Springs shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
INVALIDITY
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Pneuma Springs excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

GOVERNING LAW
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with the current Pneuma Springs website prices, delivery details and Pneuma Springs contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Pneuma Springs. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of Pneuma Springs. In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Pneuma Springs should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Pneuma Springs. Pneuma Springs shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
DISCLAIMER
The nature of electronic or internet communications means that your communications may be vulnerable to data corruption, interception and delays. Pneuma Springs shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you place on this website or its contents.
